The main offices of LeasePlan Hellas in Athens accommodate over 130 staff working in a range of roles including customer relations and sales. Stylish interactive tablets* outside meeting rooms allow staff to view and make bookings at the touch of a finger, using the Book application that integrates with LeasePlan’s corporate scheduling system. This cuts the risk of diary clashes and allows a more productive flow of people through the office environment. BRAVIA 4K Professional Displays within rooms offer crisp, bright images that make presentations more engaging for participants. Across the building, announcements are communicated to staff and visitors via digital signage that’s presented on futher BRAVIA Professional Displays and controlled remotely by TEOS. Meanwhile, energy management tools track device usage, helping AV and IT teams make operations more efficient.
