Creating a sustainable, modern workplace
The Dutch Charity Lotteries are three non-profit lotteries (the National Postcode Lottery, Friends Lottery and BankGiro Lottery) that raise funds for charitable causes in the Netherlands.
Operated by holding company Nationale Goede Doelen Loterijen, the lotteries had outgrown their old offices and wanted to create a smart, sustainable new workplace in the Zuidas business district of Amsterdam.
As a central part of the project, the organisation needed AV and IT solutions that were simple to use and suited to a variety of communication needs and employee workstyles. A particular challenge was the range of requirements including meeting room display and collaboration, digital signage, auditorium presentations and overall workplace management.
Eye-catching signage made simple
An essential requirement for Dutch Charity Lotteries was the ability to keep employees and visitors informed with a huge variety of content that requires regular updates – including charity investment stories, administrative updates, daily events and cafeteria information.
Using Manage for TEOS, facilities management teams can easily create eye-catching digital signage in minutes, and schedule which groups of BRAVIA 4K Professional Displays it’s shown on in different areas of the building. Installed in a mix of portrait and landscape display formats, the screens have been customised with white bezel trims that offer a stylish match for the office’s fresh, contemporary interior.
More flexible, efficient meetings with fewer cables
In meeting rooms, Connect for TEOS allows presenters to effortlessly mirror their laptop screens on BRAVIA displays with no need for connecting cables. As well as reducing meeting room clutter, Connect for TEOS simplifies set-up for employees, allowing them to get meetings started faster and focus on their presentations.
