End of Life Announcement for HDCAM, HDCAM SR, Digital BETACAM and DVCAM Video Cassette

Sony decided to end the sales of the following products (Target Products) as of the end of March, 2023:

• HDCAM Video Cassette
• HDCAM-SR Video Cassette
• Digital BETACAM Video Cassette
• DVCAM Video Cassette

Many customers of each format have already migrated to other formats, compatible products have already shipped, and the number of media shipments has decreased significantly. In consideration of market trends such as a change in workflow in addition to a decrease in demand, we decided to end the sales of Target Products.
