Sony have discovered that the insert editing function cannot be performed due to minor deformation of the recording layer caused during the manufacturing process, preventing playback of the edited portion. 

We would like to offer a free exchange of the affected professional discs (model name: PFD23AX).　

We have confirmed that there is no issue for functions such as recording and playback.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
