Smart automation

Easily create automated scenarios across the office to increase employee efficiency and workspace optimisation. Combine IoT devices, sensors, building gateways, external data sources, calendars and more to configure scenarios based on conditions and actions.

Customised meeting displays

Empower employees and make meetings more efficient and with Meeting Display for TEOS. Instead of idle, blank meeting room screens, organisations can now customise them to show advanced information such as room agendas, sensor measurements, countdown notifications, screensavers and more.

Outlook integration

The Outlook add-in for TEOS provides employees with productivity-boosting functionalities which integrate with our existing TEOS offering.

  • Invite visitors to the office through Outlook and provide them with a security code for them to sign in with Reception for TEOS
  • Search for and book rooms by location, capacity, or equipment
  • Add a mirroring link to Outlook invites so everyone can see your screen
  • View data on the number and duration of meetings to optimise your workday

Tablets, sensors and players

Enhance your office solutions with our new IoT hardware devices for TEOS. Four stylish new Android tablets, three new intelligent sensors designed for meeting room and hot desk applications, and a 4K Android Player for signage and mirroring.

Room Status

Share the details of meeting room agendas and bookings on a large display for more efficient meetings. Intended for open office floors and common areas, Room Status for TEOS provides a customisable overview that is easy to understand in seconds.

Tenant management

Organisations that lease a shared workplace can easily manage the meeting rooms that they temporarily rent out to tenants. Tenants can use Book for TEOS to directly reserve meeting rooms. Host organisations can measure the activity of the rooms and manage quotas.

Screensavers

Automatically push ‘screensaver’ signage content to solution tablets and displays that are idle for a set period of time. It’s a chance for organisations to communicate internally about activities and updates, and to show meeting room information.
