Support Pack for NavigatorX provides service information, telephone support, software remote support (if available), maintenance release versions of software, minor versions of software incorporating new functionalities, and log analysis.
ODS SupportNET is a support contract attached to an ODS Library Solution. This is an agreement that includes telephone support, remote software support (if available), on-site hardware support, spare parts and labor, inspection, periodical maintenance, software upgrades, and advance exchange with in-country drive loaner unit.
Remote Maintenance System (RMS) is a remote monitoring & maintenance system. RMS can be installed as a centralized system hosted in a Sony Data Center, or an On-Premise configuration as a stand-alone system within the customer’s location. RMS’s main functionalities are Data Management, Remote Monitoring, Remote Maintenance, and Reporting. RMS’s benefits are reduced system downtime, reduced service lead-time, log collection, maintenance records, and preventing wear-out failures by scheduled preventive maintenance.
