ILME-FX5
Cinema Line full-frame ultra compact camera with 5K Open Gate, Internal X-OCN, Three Base ISO, Dual Gain for wide latitude, AI-based subject recognition and Fast Hybrid AF.
This model is available without XLR handle as ILME-FX5B.
SEL1635GM2 lens available separately.

Planned post-launch support
Updates are planned to add support for HFR shooting up to 240 fps in X-OCN, XAVC S‑I recording in a 3:2 aspect ratio with full-sensor readout, an optimised user interface for vertical shooting, and a frame grab function.
Features and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
Internal X-OCN compressed RAW video recording
Capture 16-bit scene-linear X-OCN Internally *1*2, eliminating the need for an external RAW data recorder. With LT, C1 and C2 codecs, you can balance image quality, file size and RAW workflow flexibility to suit the production.
*1 Lens distortion correction is not applied to X-OCN clips recorded in-camera.
When using Sony or licensed partner E-mount lenses, lens distortion correction can be applied in Catalyst Browse, Catalyst Prepare, or Catalyst Prepare Plugin using embedded lens metadata.
Clip preview support for lens distortion correction will be added in a future update.
For licensed partner information, see: https://support.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/www/e_mount/licensee/?id=portal
*2 During shooting, lens distortion correction is applied to the image displayed on the camera’s LCD monitor and to the video output via HDMI. However, lens distortion correction is not reflected during clip preview. As a result, the appearance of distortion may differ between shooting and clip preview.
