Overview
Hold crisp, clear multi-point videoconferences with up to eight other remote sites.
The PCSA-MCG109 optional license key enables Multi-point Control Unit (MCU) software exclusively for the Sony PCS-XG100 Videoconferencing System.
With PCSA-MCG109 MCU software installed, the PCS-XG100 can be configured to communicate with up to eight remote videoconferencing sites (nine sites total) simultaneously, using either an IP (H.323 protocol) or ISDN (H.320 protocol) connection. ‘Bridging’ allows using any combination of IP and ISDN connections.
Two PCS-XG100 units – each installed with PCSA-MCG109 MCU software – can be cascaded to support large-scale multi-point conferences with up to 16 sites simultaneously.

Hold multi-point conferences
Work more efficiently and productively: MCU software allows the PCS-XG100 to be configured for virtual meetings with up to eight remote videoconferencing sites (nine sites total).
Use IP or ISDN connections
For maximum flexibility, participants at remote sites can connect using IP (H.323 protocol) or ISDN (H.320 protocol) – or any mix of IP and ISDN connections.
Large-scale conferences with up to ten sites
Two PCS-XG100 Videoconferencing Systems can be ‘cascaded’ (via IP connection), supporting large-scale multi-point conferences with up to 16 sites linked simultaneously.
