Sustainability pioneer selects Crystal LED
EDGE Technologies is one of the first customers in Europe to install Sony’s state-of-the-art Crystal LED technology at its landmark office at the EDGE Olympic in Amsterdam. The building’s smart digital infrastructure connects everything and everyone within its walls. It also lets users find colleagues quickly, monitor occupancy rates and reserve meeting rooms. While developing its brand-new HQ, EDGE Technologies required a big-screen display solution to bring its vision of smart and sustainable buildings to life.
Super-sized creative canvas
Focal point in the Tech Board Room at EDGE Olympic is a giant 3.2m x 1.8m Crystal LED display with 2560 x 1440 resolution that offers visitors a showcase of the firm’s creative work. 32 Sony ZRD-1 Display Units are tiled together, with Sony’s ground-breaking borderless design creating a super-size display with absolutely no visible gaps. Exceeding the capabilities of conventional LED arrays, the solution delivers spectacular high-contrast visuals that can be seen clearly from any viewing angle.
A new world for large scale displays

Professional Displays deliver 4K detail
In addition to Sony’s Crystal LED technology, EDGE Olympic also features BRAVIA 4K Professional Displays. Offering four times the resolution of Full HD, the screens deliver lifelike videoconferences and attention-grabbing digital signage in meeting rooms and public areas.
