Overview
Extends the reach of a triax system up to a maximum distance of 3,700m between camera head and CCU
The HDFX-200 is an external converter box that allows the transmission of digital camera signals from the HDC-2400/2500/2550 system camera to the HDCU-2000/2500 Camera Control Unit (CCU) via conventional triax cable. When the system camera is fitted with the HKC-TR27 digital triax adaptor side cover, the system allowsthe transmission of 1080P or 2xSloMo signals (2x1080i) over triax. The HDFX-200 converts the triax signals to an SMPTE-Fibre cable to be accepted by the CCU.

High quality digital signal transmission over conventional triax cable
Existing triax infrastructure can be used with no need to install additional cables up to distances of 1,400m. Using the HDFX-200 and HDCU-2000/-2500 Camera Control Unit (CCU), it is possible to extend the reach of the camera system up to a maximum distance of 3,700m between the CCU and the camera.
Supports wide variety of frame rates
The HDFX-200 supports 1080i, 720P, 2x Slomo1080i/720P HD frame rates, with no limit to the potential frame rates used, future-proofing the investment.
2xSloMo speed (1080i or 720P)
2xSloMo signal and normal HDTV signal is available.
Cable condition information displayed
An optical indicator on the HDFX-200 displays the cable condition information.
Two connectors on unit allow quick change from fibre to triax
The HDFX-200features two connectors (triax and fibre) so that a quick change to the desired transmission technology is possible without changing the cabling.
