Overview
The BVML-F10 is a Fast response license for Sony‘s TRIMASTER HX master monitor,BVM-HX3110, HX1710 and HX1710N. This license can allow you to check if a signal has motion blur of a moving subject and a speed of scrolling texts is adequate because of activation of the Sony’s unique driving system. You can use this feature for both HDR and SDR signals*.
*The Auto brightness limiter may work in HDR settings. Regardless of HDR and SDR, a frame flicker may be visible like an OLED monitor, or a CRT monitor according to conditions of frame rate, luminance and Fast response settings.

Features
Fast response
The optional BVML-F10 Fast response license* enables the BVM-HX3110, HX1710 and HX1710N to reproduce a moving subject more clearly in a live production system.
The license activates the Sony’s unique driving system to realize a crisp motion picture. You can choose two parameters of “High” and “Medium”. High is the fastest pixel response in this monitor and Medium performs less blur than a normal LCD monitor and less flickering than the “High” setting of this feature.
Fast response in HDR**
Fast response and High luminance are a trade-off relationship. Even if it is an OLED monitor, you can perceive a motion blur of a moving subject in HDR because of achieving high luminance. In combination with High luminance and Fast response of the BVM-HX3110, HX1710 and HX1710N you can see a crisper image in HDR in comparison with an OLED monitor. You can monitor an authentic performance of your artistic visual content beyond the technical barrier of the traditional display technology.
* BVML-F10 Fast response license available separately. This Fast response feature is activated via the USB port of the front control unit.
