Hold crisp, clear multi-point videoconferences with up to five other remote sites.
The PCSA-MCG106 optional license key enables Multi-point Control Unit (MCU) software exclusively for the Sony PCS-XG100/77 Videoconferencing System.
With PCSA-MCG106 MCU software installed, the PCS-XG100/77 can be configured to communicate with up to five remote videoconferencing sites (six sites total) simultaneously, using either an IP (H.323 protocol) or ISDN (H.320 protocol) connection. ‘Bridging’ allows using any combination of IP and ISDN connections.
Two PCS-XG100/77 units – each installed with PCSA-MCG106 MCU software – can be cascaded to support large-scale multi-point conferences with up to ten sites simultaneously.
