Sony understands that service is more about your business.  From the moment you invest in a Sony product, you can feel secure in knowing that you have world class support backing it up.  Sony has in place comprehensive support services that allow you to select the level of service which best fits your organization’s needs.

Extended Warranty

The Extended Warranty program protects customers’ investment extending the benefits of the standard warranty. This program covers parts and labor for defects in materials or workmanship, for the coming 2, 3 or 5 years after its purchase, depending on the program purchased.

Depot Plan

The Depot Plan is a step up from the Extended Warranty program.  It provides more complete coverage including:

  • All spare parts (for factory defect only) and labor
  • Blocks and imagers are covered
  • Software upgrades
  • Two Annual Preventive Maintenance

Services are delivered by Sony-trained service technicians at our Authorized Service Centers.

Service Agreements

Sony creates a service contract that meets your needs and provides comprehensive and worry-free service for Sony equipment. The agreement can include remedial repair, preventive maintenance, software updates, technical support, remote diagnostics, on-site support, and training; within your budget.
