Overview

Monitor Control Unit ideal for BVM Series and Sony’s professional video monitors

The 19-inch rack-mountable BVMK-R10 monitor control unit gives you control of the BVM-HX3110*, BVM-HX310*, BVM-HX1710, BVM-HX1710N, BVM-X300*, BVM-E251, BVM-E171, PVM-X3200*, PVM-X2400* and PVM-X1800*.

Other Sony professional video monitors can also be partially controlled by it, including input switching, Mono, Menu, Chroma, Brightness, Contrast, and basic features such as Blue only, etc.
The BVMK-R10 controller can control up to 32 BVM/PVM monitors in a sub-network.

* The supplied AC adaptor of the BVMK-R10 must be used when connecting it to these monitors.

Features

Modular Monitor Control Unit

The Monitor Control Unit can be attached below the BVM-HX1710/1710N monitor using the optional Stand Kit (BVMK-S1710) and the BVM-E251/E171 monitor using the optional Controller Attachment Stand (BKM-37H, BKM-38H or BKM-39H), or connected remotely via an Ethernet cable.

Other Sony professional video monitors can also be controlled partially by it, including input switching, Mono, Menu, Chroma, Brightness, Contrast, and basic features such as Blue only, etc.

The Monitor Control Unit can be attached below the BVM-E251/E171 monitor using the optional Controller Attachment Stand (BKM-37H, BKM-38H or BKM-39H), or connected remotely via an Ethernet cable.

*When using this unit with the monitors, except the BVM-HX1710/1710N, E251 and E171, use the supplied AC adaptor.

19-inch EIA standard rack-mountable

The rack mount brackets and screws are supplied.

Assignable function keys and Rotary encoder knobs

There are 12 Assignable function keys and Rotary encoder knobs for manual adjustments on the Front control panel.

Menu display & Illuminable keys

Configuration of the controller settings and updating the controller itself without a monitor is possible by looking at the small MENU display.

Controller usability is improved from predecessors because key names and knob names are illuminable and look clear under a dark environment. The brightness of those can also be changed.

USB port for updating, setting data storing and copying

Monitor settings can be stored on a USB memory stick (sold separately). The data can be copied from one unit to another**.

**This feature is only supported with BVM-HX1710 and BVM-HX1710N.
