Many of our products now come with a 5-Year Standard Warranty out of the box – that’s four years more than the usual consumer product warranty. We also offer a 3-Year Standard Warranty for our pro products with the option to upgrade to a 5-Year Extended Warranty.
Our Advanced Replacement Program for BRAVIA Professional Displays and 3LCD Laser Projectors is included in all of our warranties, which provides customers with a replacement unit at no cost in the unlikely event of a defective unit. And our White Glove Service for BRAVIA Professional Displays will provide a technician to your location to remove a defective display and mount a replacement unit.
