For those joining us we’ll provide an overnight stay in a hotel close to the Pencoed factory with dinner on the 24^th November if required. If you are flying into the UK we will offer transfers from either London Heathrow or Bristol Airports.

Booking Flights – Important information

Transfer time between London Heathrow and Pencoed is approx. 2hrs 30mins whilst around 1hr 30mins from Bristol to Pencoed.

Transfers on the 24th will need to leave Heathrow by approx. 14:00 and Bristol by 15:00. Return transfers will depart from Pencoed at 15:00 on the 26th.

Please include these transfer times in your flight booking plans.

Public transport

If you are travelling from within the UK the nearest railway station is in Bridgend with regular trains departing from London Paddington taking approx. 2hrs 10 mins. You will need to make your way from Bridgend Station to Sony UK Technology Centre.
